Our Kid Tigers program is specialized for 3 to 5 year olds and designed to teach children life skills in a fun and exciting manner. Using “FUN-damental” exercises, our program will teach basic physical skills; these skills will provide a solid foundation when they transition to our kids Taekwondo program. Most importantly though, the focus of the class is “FUN” as evident by the smiles on the children’s faces. Each class is 45 minutes long and offered two days of the week.

Every athlete who enters our program receives quality training under the guidance of Mr. DeRay Ivie and Ted Ivie. Peak Performance’s entry level program entitles the student to train at the center five times a week.
Once the athlete has enrolled in our program, they participate in a consistent and structured curriculum program designed and approved by Peak Performance Developmental Center staff. This program will be based upon building real skills through “FUN-damental” drills. Coordination, balance, and motor skills are carefully cultivated and nurtured by caring instructors. We believe self control and safety should be taught at a young age especially in today’s society. Through martial arts, one will develop focus and discipline which translates to all aspects of one’s life. Studies have proven that children who study martial arts excel academically.
As with every level of our curriculum this program will be supported totally by our instructors and additional media such as DVD’s and publications. This program builds the foundation for meeting the requirements of Black Belt in the Olympic sport and martial art of Taekwondo.
Team Peak Performance is a special membership for those students with long term goals. These students have committed themselves to the task of achieving a Black Belt in martial arts. Members receive special weekly black belt training class, extra curricular events, and access to special seminars, workshops, weapons training, board breaking, and self defense training. Our Team Peak Performance Black Belt program develops leadership skills in the student.
America’s best has designed a program to train future America’s best. The Torch program is a year-long training program that teaches children goal achievement while they develop martial arts skills.
Twice a week, the children participate in a class that focuses on Olympic Training created by Olympic Gold Medalist Heb Perez. Perez designed the program to insure that athletes across the country would have the opportunity to achieve their Olympic dreams. “The program focuses on developing life skills that will yield champions not only in sport but also in society. The same skill sets used for sport will yield excellence in academics and relationships.” Perez continues, “Combining your mind, body and spirit in the pursuit of a pre-determined goal teaches young athletes patience and perseverance. Children who are process-oriented achieve greater success. We teach our young athletes to focus not only on the goal, but the process. In this way they learn to appreciate the journey and the destination.”
Torch Club members receive weekly lessons that focus on the Olympic ideals. The program features a graduation and a trip for interested athletes who will participate in the USA Junior Olympics and AAU Nationals.
This program is an invitation only training program and is for members currently enrolled in the basic program offered at the school. Members in such programs receive additional benefits and training and are committed to at least a three to five year program. All USA Taekwondo high level training centers offer the Torch Club. This program will be specifically targeted for athletes who have demonstrated either a desire or the acumen to reach for the Olympic Rings. Participants in this program shall receive additional training, benefits and recognition. More importantly, they will participate in the next level of training which involves developing sports specific skills and competing at various competitions.
This program is crucial for the throughput from an entry level athlete to an elite athlete. As with the other programs, they will receive monthly tips and drills through monthly DVDs and publications and will be entitled to participate in the regional training seminars.
Women’s Cardio-Kickboxing is a group fitness class based upon movements meant to invigorate your life energy. The workout is a great way to energize yourself for the day. The program has been refined to include new movements that target all the crucial areas of the body. Our program incorporates elements of Taekwondo and boxing set to high energy music for a calorie blasting workout.
This total body workout is a progressive aerobic workout guaranteed to tone and define your body. Burn up to 800 calories an hour! Not only will it increase your fitness levels, it is a great stress reliever and confidence booster.
